ISET檢測（英語：Isolation by Size of Epithelial Tumor cells）是一種通過分離血液樣本中的循環腫瘤細胞來早期發現癌症的醫學檢測。該測試採用了由法國國家健康與醫學研究院、巴黎笛卡爾大學和巴黎公共醫院開發的流程，旨在分離樣本中存在的所有循環癌細胞並使用細胞病理學方法識別它們。
