ISET检测（英语：Isolation by Size of Epithelial Tumor cells）是一种通过分离血液样本中的循环肿瘤细胞来早期发现癌症的医学检测。该测试采用了由法国国家健康与医学研究院、巴黎笛卡尔大学和巴黎公共医院开发的流程，旨在分离样本中存在的所有循环癌细胞并使用细胞病理学方法识别它们。
