茶苯海明（INN：Dimenhydrinate）用於治療暈動病、噁心和眩暈的藥物[2]。雖然它可能可以治療過敏，但尚未無針對過敏的研究[2]。它是苯海拉明和8-氯茶鹼的複方藥[3] [4]。
常見副作用包括嗜睡、視力模糊、口乾、頭痛、精神錯亂和頭暈[2] [3]。服用後，兒童可能變得過度活躍[2]。其他副作用包括可能尿瀦留和青光眼[3]。許多孕婦用過此藥，沒證據顯示它對嬰兒有害[5]。母乳餵養時低劑量服用可能安全[5]。茶苯海明是第一代抗組織胺類藥物[3]。主要透過苯海拉明阻斷乙醯膽鹼[2]。 8-氯茶鹼可能會減少嗜睡的副作用[3]。
