大理院[1]（英語：Supreme Court，菲律賓語：Kataas-taasang Hukuman[2]，菲律賓語別稱：Korte Suprema）是菲律賓的最高法院。第二次菲律賓委員會（英語：Taft Commission）在1901年6月11日通過《第136號法令》設立大理院[3]，以取代其前身馬尼拉皇家審問院（英語：Real Audiencia of Manila）[4][5][6]（民間也同樣俗稱之為「大理院」[7]）。

大理院院址位於菲律賓馬尼拉大學（英語：University of the Philippines Manila）原校園範圍內[8]。院址位處馬尼拉艾米塔區法烏拉神父街（英語：Padre Faura Street）與塔夫脫大道（英語：Taft Avenue）的拐角處，而大樓本身則坐落於菲律賓總醫院（英語：Philippine General Hospital）癌症研究所的正對面。
