大理院[1]（英语：Supreme Court，菲律宾语：Kataas-taasang Hukuman[2]，菲律宾语别称：Korte Suprema）是菲律宾的最高法院。第二次菲律宾委员会在1901年6月11日通过《第136号法令》设立大理院[3]，以取代其前身马尼拉皇家审问院[4][5][6]（民间也同样俗称之为“大理院”[7]）。
大理院院址位于菲律宾马尼拉大学原校园范围内[8]。院址位处马尼拉艾米塔区法乌拉神父街与塔夫脱大道的拐角处，而大楼本身则坐落于菲律宾总医院癌症研究所的正对面。
