尼氟滅酸（英語：Niflumic acid；別名尼氟酸、氟尼酸）是一種治療關節和肌肉疼痛的藥物。它被歸類為環氧合酶-2的抑制劑。在實驗生物學中，尼氟滅酸也應用於抑制氯離子通道（英語：chloride channel）。^[2]還有報道稱，尼氟滅酸能夠作用於GABA-A^[3]及NMDA受體通道，^[4]並能阻滯T-型鈣離子通道。^[5]
