TATA結合蛋白質(英語:TATA-binding protein,TBP)是一種通用轉錄因子,具體結合於DNA序列上的TATA盒。TATA盒位於真核基因的轉錄起始位點上游約25個bp,屬於啟動子區[6]。TBP可以和各個TBP相關因子共同組成通用轉錄因子TFIID,再進一步組成RNA聚合酶Ⅱ的轉錄起始複合物[7]。
