CEBPG

CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白γ,简称C/EBP-γ或CEBPG是一种在人体中由CEBPG基因编码的蛋白质。[5][6]
C/EBP转录因子家族调节病毒和细胞CCAAT/增强子元件介导的转录。C/EBP蛋白包含bZIP区域,其特征在于蛋白质的C端一半中的两个基序:一个参与DNA结合的碱性区域和一个参与二聚化的亮氨酸拉链基序。 C/EBP家族由几种相关的蛋白质组成,即C/EBP-α、C/EBP-β、C/EBP-γ和C/EBP-δ,它们形成同源二聚体并相互形成异源二聚体。CEBPG可以与Fos合作以结合PRE-I增强子元件。[6]
