去甲文拉法辛（INN：Desvenlafaxine）是治療嚴重憂鬱疾患的口服藥物[4]。建議偶爾重新評估是否仍需持續治療[4]。療效似乎不如其母體化合物文拉法辛[5]。

常見副作用包括頭暈、失眠、盜汗、便秘、嗜睡、焦慮和性問題[4]。嚴重副作用包括可能使 25 歲以下患者的自殺風險增加、血清素綜合症、出血、躁狂和高血壓[4]。如果劑量迅速減少，可能會發生抗抑鬱藥停藥綜合症[4]。目前懷孕或哺乳期間使用的安全性仍不清楚[6]。它屬於血清素 - 去甲腎上腺素再攝取抑制劑類的抗抑鬱藥[4]。

去甲文拉法辛於 2008 年在美國取得醫療使用許可[4]。 2009年，歐洲的使用量開始下降[5]。2017 年，它是美國第 235 種最常用的處方藥，處方量超過 200 萬張[7] [8]。
