全球文化与和平协会
全球文化与和平协会 (GACP) 与其他下列团体被日本与韩国媒体指责是由韩国人郑明析争议性宗教摄理教的门面掩护组织。组织的目的主要是通过大学校园来传教与招募新生[1]。该组织所有成员并非全都是摄理教教友，许多情况下成员甚至不清楚该团体与摄理教有关。

据前信徒所言,该团体成员“以圣经研究、体育团体或热舞社团的代表来接近学生”[3]进而进行招生[1][4]。律师们也表示说这是“诈欺行为,因为他们掩饰团体的身分来引诱新成员”[5]。[4]
对照日本和韩国媒体所报导前信徒所称，全球文化与和平协会的网站张贴出总裁郑明析的一份声明，说‘全球文化与和平协会是建立在所有种族、信仰、与文化的人们可以合一与和谐地在一起地信念’[6] 其他组织团体也陈述类似的关于团体自身的声明,然而常常却完全不显示与摄理教或郑明析的关连。

这些门面掩护组织中的和平模特儿在2007年1月联合国理事长潘基文的就职典礼上有两分钟的演出。
相关于韩国国际文化社(KICS)与大微笑运动(BSM)的报导分别地在《首尔时报(The Seoul Times)》和《台北时报(Taipei Times)》分别被报导过[7][8]。针对在《首尔时报》上所刊登的韩国国际文化社(KICS)的报导，《首尔时报》也刊出一封标题为《Your Paper Has Been Used by the JMS Cult（你的报纸已经被摄理邪教利用了）》的读者投书，文中读者 Peter Daley 说韩国国际文化社(KICS)‘是许多门面掩护团体之一，他们的目的在为郑明析制造免税收入以及为该邪教吸收信众’[9]。
