桑特海峽戰役(Battle of the Saintes)是美國獨立戰爭中英國海軍在西印度群島的重要勝利，從而結束了該地區的法國威脅。

經過

桑特海峽戰役發生在1782年4月9日至12日，是英、法國在加勒比海地區的一場殖民利益爭奪戰。 當時法國以馬提尼克為基地，英國則占據聖露西亞，桑特（Saintes）是加勒比海三個小島的名稱，位為多明尼加和瓜德羅普之間。這次戰役法國戰敗，法國那艘以特洛伊王子帕里斯（Paris）命名的巨艦也淪為英國戰利品。

此戰英國艦隊和法國艦隊各以戰列線對陣時，風向突然改變，英艦隊司令喬治·羅德尼（George Rodney）立刻率領六艘戰艦突破法艦隊的一字長蛇陣，其他英艦也就近突破敵陣，將法國艦隊分割成幾段。結果五艘法艦投降。
