AU565
AU565 (亦称ATCC CRL-2351) 是可用于研究乳癌细胞分化情况的人类乳癌细胞系[1]，此细胞系会过度表达HER2/neu基因及其受体[2]。巨大的花边状细胞核被扁平的细胞质包围是AU565的一个特征，而且AU565细胞的一小部分会带有酪蛋白和大脂肪滴等[1]。AU565及SK-BR-3均分离自同一名43岁高加索女性乳癌患者的细胞系。
