限嗣继承 (苏格兰)

在苏格兰法律中，限嗣继承（英语：tailzie，发音/ˈteɪli/）是一种关于不动产继承的封建概念，由《1685年限嗣继承法令》（Entail Act 1685）以法例条文订明。[1][2][3]

苏格兰法律中的限嗣继承（tailzie）与普通法中的限嗣继承（fee tail）相类似。

该字原拼作tailȝie，字母ȝ（yogh）后简化作z，在该字中不发声。[4]
