大眼蟹属（学名：Macrophthalmus）是短尾下目沙蟹总科之下的一个属[1]，广泛分布于印度太平洋区[2]。本属原来是沙蟹科大眼蟹亚科之下的一个属，后来分类重组，成为了大眼蟹科大眼蟹亚科之下的一个属[3]。
分类
[编辑]本分类可再细分为多个亚属，但现时有部分亚属在某些其他分类已升格成为一个独立的属。下列为目前较为普遍接受的分类[4][5]：
- Chaenostoma属 Stimpson, 1858[6][7]：原为大眼蟹属之下的一个亚属，有三个物种。现升格为独立一个属，科所属地位未定，原在本亚属之下的齿大眼蟹在升格后改为归大眼蟹亚属[8]；再加入三个新的物种。
