瑞士联邦宪法

现今的瑞士联邦宪法（德语：Bundesverfassung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft；法语：Constitution fédérale de la Confédération suisse；意大利语：Constituzione federale della Confederazione Svizzera；罗曼什语：Constituziun federala da la Confederaziun svizra），为瑞士的第三版宪法，此宪法于1999年4月18日经由公民投票通过，取代了1878年所制定的版本。其中将“瑞士邦联”明定为一个由26州所组成的联邦共和国，并记载了人民、联邦政府，以及各州的权利与义务。
