NK-92細胞是一種人類自然殺傷細胞（NK細胞）的細胞系，分離自一位50歲的男性非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤病人[1]。NK-92能分泌腫瘤壞死因子（TNF-α）和γ-干擾素（IFN-γ）等細胞因子，還能通過穿孔素與顆粒酶來攻擊被細菌感染的細胞[2]。
