雷伊泰省（宿霧語：Amihanang Leyte；瓦瑞語：Norte san/Amihanan nga Leyte；他加祿語：Lalawigan ng Leyte）也稱北雷伊泰省，閩南語又譯作禮智省，是菲律賓東維薩亞斯大區下的一個省份，位於雷伊泰島，約佔該島3/4的面積，北鄰比利蘭省，南接南雷伊泰省，西隔卡莫特斯海與宿霧省相望，東隔聖華尼科海峽與薩馬島相望，首府為獨魯萬市。這里是馬可斯妻子伊美黛的家鄉。

雷伊泰省易受颱風侵襲，曾於2013年11月8日受到超級颱風「海燕」（菲律賓稱之為「Yolanda」）的襲擊，導致數千人喪生，引起國際媒體的極大關注。此外，雷伊泰省還曾在1991年受到熱帶風暴「黛瑪」的嚴重破壞。
