灰白繡眼鳥（學名：Zosterops flavilateralis）是繡眼鳥科繡眼鳥屬的一個種，分佈於肯雅中東部和坦桑尼亞東部地區。該物種曾被認為是白胸繡眼鳥的亞種，但後來被列為獨立物種。[2][3][4]
