海事賠償責任限制公約（英語：Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims）是1976年國際海事組織（時稱政府間海事諮詢組織）制訂的公約。公約在英國倫敦通過，於1986年12月1日生效，保存人是國際海事組織秘書長。[2][3]
內容[編輯]
公約對責任限制及其權利、責任限制基金的設立和分配等作了規定。公約對有關人身傷亡的索賠規定了至少33.3萬特別提款權的索賠額度（噸位不超過500的船舶），對其他索賠規定了至少16.7萬特別提款權的索賠額度。[2][4]
