信號轉導轉接蛋白或信號轉導銜接蛋白(英語:Signal transducing adaptor proteins)是信號轉導通路中的重要蛋白質。轉接蛋白上有着各種能與其它蛋白結合的結構域,能形成各種信號複合體。這些蛋白質往往本身缺乏酶的活性[1],而是通過特異性的蛋白-蛋白交互作用形成蛋白質複合體來活化下游信號通路。常見的轉接蛋白有MyD88、Grb2和SHC1等。
