華珊瑚蛇屬（學名：Sinomicrurus）也稱帶紋赤蛇屬，有鱗目蛇亞目眼鏡蛇科的一屬，主要分佈於喜馬拉雅山東南部到亞洲東部及東南亞北部一線地區。本屬是美國學者約瑟夫·布魯諾·斯洛文斯基等人依據形態和分子數據將麗紋蛇屬（Calliophis）中的部分物種分離出來建立的新屬。[2]

2021年，研究人員結合分子遺傳變異、形態測量和比較解剖學資料進行分析，將琉球南部的中華珊瑚蛇（麗紋蛇）琉球（岩崎氏）亞種（S. macclellandi iwasakii）和台灣的台灣亞種（S. m. swinhoei）提升為種級，恢復環紋華珊瑚蛇（Sinomicrurus annularis）的有效性，認為海南華珊瑚蛇（Sinomicrurus houi）是福建華珊瑚蛇（S.kelloggi）的次定同物異名，羽鳥氏華珊瑚蛇（S. hatori）是梭德氏華珊瑚蛇（S. sauteri）的次定同物異名。[3][4]根據該研究成果，目前本屬確定有8種：[5]
