停電蛋糕(英語:Blackout cake),有時也稱為布魯克林黑蛋糕(英語:Brooklyn Blackout cake)是一種黑巧克力蛋糕,裏面填滿了巧克力布丁,頂部有巧克力屑。它是由布魯克林一家名為Ebinger's的連鎖麵包店在第二次世界大戰期間發明的,[1][2][3]以紀念為保護布魯克林海軍造船廠而強制停電的事件。 [4]

戰後,這種黑巧克力蛋糕的名字流傳了下來。[5]停電蛋糕在Ebinger's非常受歡迎,並成為了招牌產品,深受布魯克林居民的喜愛,[6]直到1972年這家擁有50多家分店的連鎖店關閉。[7] [8]
