7400系列
7400系列是歷史上使用最為廣泛的一系列晶體管－晶體管邏輯（transistor-transistor logic, TTL）集成電路。它最初由德州儀器公司製造，在1960年代和1970年代被用於構架小型和主板計算機。[3][4]後來，引腳兼容的若干代後續產品成為了電子元件的「標準」，繼續在 CMOS 邏輯 IC 家族中被廣泛使用，例如 74HC/HCT00 系列等等。
