阿塞拜疆版權法

阿塞拜疆版權法是阿塞拜疆一部有關版權的法律。阿塞拜疆版權法於1996年生效^[1]。該法分別在2005年、2010年和2013年進行修訂。^[2]根據該法律，如果著作權的版權被侵犯，阿塞拜疆內政部（英語：Ministry of Internal Affairs (Azerbaijan)）將會進行強制干預。

阿塞拜疆是世界知識產權組織的190個成員國之一。
