扶桑綿粉蚧（學名：Phenacoccus solenopsis）是半翅目粉蚧科綿粉蚧屬的昆蟲[1]。可寄生於56科、200多種植物[2][3]。其雌成蟲和若蟲以吸食植物汁液為生[4]。扶桑綿粉蚧分泌的蜜露易誘發煤污病，導致葉片脫落，嚴重時可導致植株大面積死亡[5]。
