三氟甲磺酸鈀是一種三氟甲磺酸鹽，化學式為Pd(CF3SO3)2。它的二水合物可由金屬鈀和硝酸、三氟甲磺酸反應製得。它也可由乙酸鈀和三氟甲磺酸反應得到。[2]它和二(十二烷基)二碲反應，可以得到二碲化鈀。[3]
