H1299细胞

H1299 (也称为NCI-H1299[1]、CRL-5803) 是源自淋巴结的人类非小细胞肺癌（英语：Non-small-cell lung carcinoma）细胞系，在研究中得到广泛应用[2]。H1299细胞与其他永生细胞系一样可以无限期分裂，并且因p53基因的纯合子部分缺失，故而不表达肿瘤抑制基因p53蛋白，说明了它们的增殖倾向[3]。有研究指出这些细胞会分泌神经调节素B（英语：Neuromedin B），但是不会分泌GRP[2]。
