白喉疫苗是一种用来对抗白喉杆菌的疫苗，而白喉杆菌正是白喉的致病原[1]。在1980年到2000年间，白喉疫苗的出现让白喉患者的感染人数减少90%之多[2]。前三剂施打的疫苗可提供约95%免疫力，其效力可达十年之久，并建议在十年后再追加施打一剂[2]。 目前会让出生六周的婴孩接种疫苗并在接下来每四周追加施打一剂[2]。
白喉疫苗非常安全[2]。只有极少数的案例有严重的副作用[2]。在施打部位可能伴随有疼痛感，在接种后几周注射部位也可能有肿起的情形[3]。此疫苗对孕妇又或是免疫功能不全的患者都是相对安全的，并不需特别注意。
有许多混合疫苗被用来预防白喉[4]；其中包括 破伤风类毒素疫苗（又称为 破伤风疫苗或DT疫苗）或是被称为DPT的百日咳白喉破伤风三联疫苗[2]。自1974年起，世界卫生组织就广泛的推广这些疫苗的使用[2]，目前约有84%的世界人口已接种[5]。此疫苗是经由肌肉注射的方式给予[2]，保存方式为冷藏而不是冷冻[3]。
白喉疫苗于1923年问世[6]，为名列世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单内的药物，同时也是基础医疗系统内的重要必须药品[7]。混合有破伤风类毒素的白喉混合疫苗，在2014年的量贩价格约介于0.12到0.99美元间[8]，美国的售价则是低于25美元。[9]
