罗伯特·布莱恩·考格曼（Robert Bryan Cogman，1979年7月25日—）[1]是一位美国电视编剧兼制片人。他为HBO系列剧《权力的游戏》撰写了11集剧本。

他还是《HBO〈权力的游戏〉全揭秘》一书的作者，该书的序言由《冰与火之歌》的作者乔治·R·R·马丁撰写。[2]

布莱恩·考格曼最终成为HBO《权力的游戏》编剧团队的成员。其职业转折颇具戏剧性：当考格曼妻子担任大卫·贝尼奥夫（剧集主创之一）的家庭保姆时，考格曼本人正致力于某个未获通过的试播集项目创作。贝尼奥夫在审阅考格曼的剧本后深受触动，遂聘请其担任私人助理。此后贝尼奥夫将考格曼带入NBC剧集《我为自己代言》（2008年）担任编剧助理，该剧虽仅播出九集便遭腰斩，但恰在停播当日，HBO正式宣布启动《权力的游戏》项目并由贝尼奥夫担任联合剧集总监。贝尼奥夫最初仅安排考格曼在第一季负责剧本润色工作，却意外擢升其执笔第四集剧本。自此考格曼始终以核心编剧身份参与全部八季剧集的创作。[3]
